The scheduler allows you to set up a job(s) to automate every step of your process. For example, you can schedule your data files to be imported at 4 AM. Then, program a job to process that data (transform) and perform all necessary calculations at 4:30 AM. You can also append a series of reports and emails when the calculations complete. For example, automatically notify salespeople that their commissions are up to date. Better still tailor that auto email to include personalized information and data that is up to date as of 5 am that day!

Keep Your Payees Up-To-Date When They Need It

You can select your frequency of updates easily and freely. Jobs can be set to run hourly, daily, weekly or monthly – at any time of the day. It is also possible to schedule tasks to run more frequently than usual using the Enterprise edition.

Get Off To A Fast Start

The period selector is super handy for situations where – for example – you might need to automatically run calculations for the prior month while it is being closed off. Meanwhile, you want to be running updates for the current period. The Auto-Scheduler is designed to automate these scenarios and a few more.

You can set the scheduler to receive push notifications of batch processes. You can specify “success” or “failure” messages sent to any number of authorized email addresses and you can even personalize the message.
