Performio’s Participant Sync helps streamline user integration for employees and channel partners for automated sales compensation management.
Sync Users Across All Systems
Streamline user integration for employees and channel partners for automated sales compensation management.
If you manage sales compensation and sales commissions, you will be familiar with the need to accurately track employee movements. You need to be up to date with the latest hires, terminations, resignations, and moves.
So, you need your systems to be in sync with the latest changes and adds.
But there is more: you need to ensure all those sales commission plan details are up to date for all participants. For example, you want to know that all on target earnings, comp plan memberships, team memberships and president club memberships are up to date.
And finally, you need to make sure all these attributes are allocated to the correct time period/date stamped correctly. Otherwise, your commission calculations are going to be in jeopardy.
If you have more than 30 salespeople – keeping up to date can become a real headache. The good news is that Performio has a built-in integration feature set to handle it all.
Real-Time User Sync
Performio administrators will be able to synchronize user data via an API call to commonly used systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud or Workday.
Alternatively, you can import your own CSV or XLS file from any system as often as you like.
Note that with the Performio Scheduler – this process (batch import from other systems) can also be automated to run hourly, daily, weekly or monthly.
The data sync updates our user staging table with some or all of the requisite sales commission fields depending on availability in your source systems. The main fields include data like unique ID, name, team, OTE, team member, etc.
If you don’t have all this data available upstream, that’s OK; you can use Performio to manage these details directly.
You Are In Control
You are always in control of your participant details in Performio.
This feature is smart enough to allow you the final say on who gets added, deactivated and changed in Performio.
For example, there might be 50 users in Salesforce Sales Cloud who aren’t eligible for commissions and you don’t want them added to Performio. You can easily reject these users. Better, the software will remember the rejection so that you don’t get presented with these adds on the next sync.
