Performio's data import API accepts data as a file or JSON text and imports it into the system, making it easy for upstream systems to feed data into Performio. This triggers our software scheduler to run your multi-step commission processes.
You need to integrate your ERP system with Performio and want to automatically send invoice records to Performio from your ERP. You can configure your new source table in Performio, as well as the importer to precisely match the fields in your invoice data. Your IT team can use the API to trigger the importer to be fed with the JSON text for each invoice record based on an event (e.g., new invoice added).
The calculation API enables an upstream system to trigger a recalculation of commissions after new data has been imported.
You use the API to trigger the importer and then “run all calculations” so the entire system is updated every time an invoice is added. Or, you might elect to trigger a specific calculation – eg. “Run Leader Board Calculation”.

Performio prioritizes data security. We’ll set up a secure shell (SSH) key exchange, which generates a pair of public and private keys for server authentication. Encrypted files are also accepted, so you can have full confidence that your files are securely imported and exported according to your organization's needs.
The SFTP scheduler makes loading and exporting data a breeze. Our simple schedule allows you to dictate the frequency and time for executing your file transfers. For more customization, we can add cron notation to define your frequency, including the year, day of week, month, day of month, hours, minutes, and seconds.
