Query Filters in Participant site
Administrators and participants will now be able to filter queries by query status on Sales Commission table.
This enables the participants to sort the mistakes and queries to admin easily when sales commission table has a huge amount of data.
The filter will be available to participants when More button is clicked to enable the fields that are searchable and can be filtered.
Territory EID in Participant sync
Administrators will now be able to add territory id while syncing data via Participant Source Data module. The custom importer for participant sync is now facilitated with a new column Territory EID (Gather -> Custom Importers -> Participant Source Data Import)
This feature would enable the administrators to do the following during participant sync:
Prerequisite – Territory is created in site under Interrelate -> Customers -> Territories
1) Assign a new territory to the participant when there is no territory assigned or no territory currently active. The new territory assigned to participant will have start date from the first day of the current period and end date as *. in the below example, the participant is assigned with a territory “AU” starting from 01/08/2017 when he didn’t have a territory assigned and sync is done in the month of August 2017.
2) Assign participant with a new territory when he already has an active territory.
If the participant has a territory (eg: “NT”) with start date as 01/07/2017 and a new territory (eg: “AU”) is being synced in the month of August 2017, current territory end date will be set to 31/07/2017 and the new territory will get a start date as 01/08/2017 and end date as ‘*’.
3) When a participant has a territory with start date as the first day of the current period and a new territory is synced, the territory will be updated with the new territory id with start date as the first day of the current period.
Eg: Territory 1 – Start date – 01/08/2017
Current period – August 2017
New territory synced during August 2017, eg: Territory 2.
Territory 1 will be replaced by Territory 2 and start date will be updated with 01/08/2017.
If syncing record has the same territory EID as assigned to the participant, participant sync page will show the status as ‘No Change’, as the participant already has the same value.
Period Specific Value feature works in alignment with this new feature.
Targets graph gives the representation of what target was set, what actual sales were made and what is achieved by participants across different teams, job titles, plans, components during a certain period of time. The data can be filtered for all participants data available in analytics main table.

Targets Big Numbers
% of Target – Calculates the achievement of participants based on the period and other parameters filtered. Achievement is considered as the percentage of actual to target values.
Total Actual – Total of actual sales performed during the period and parameters filtered.
Total Target – Total of the target set during period and parameters filtered.
The graph in the page shows the percentages of participants above target for each component during a certain period. In the below example, during period January 2016,
Component ‘Margin BMW’ represented in blue color had 80% of their participants achieving more than their set target. Component ‘Revenue Mini’ has 70% participants achieving more than the set target. And all the remaining components ‘Margin Mini’,’NPS’ & ‘Revenue BMW’, had 50% of their participants achieving their set targets. This graph would give a clear idea of how the team is performing across different time spans. Financial year data could be easily extracted using this graph. The chart is downloadable in JPG, PNG and PDF formats.
Commission Cost of Sale
Commission Cost of Sale graphs represents the cost involved in commissions on per sale basis. When admin wants to get numbers of how much he is paying in commissions per sale the company makes, this is the place to be. The data can be filtered for all participants data available in analytics main table.

CCOS Target: This value is calculated as sum of OTC/sum of Target for the period and other parameters filtered
CCOS Actual: This value is calculated as sum of Payable /sum of Actual for the period and other parameters filtered
CCOS Variance: This value is the variance of Actual to Target

The graph on the page shows CCOS Target and CCOS Actual for each period. In the below example, during February 2016, for all the participant data filtered,

Logins graph represents the number of logins performed by different users of the application. The data can be filtered for all participants data available in analytics main table.
Logins tab in Analytics page is structured as below.
Logins Big numbers
Total Logins: Total Number of logins done during the filtered period and other parameters.
Total Users: Total number of users available during the filtered period and other parameters.
% of users logged in: Calculated value of the percentage of users logged into the application during the filtered period and other parameters.
Avg Logins Per User: Calculated value of average logins per user during the filtered period and other parameters.
The graph contains 2 Y axis attributes.

In the below example, during the period January 2016,
– 80 logins were done successfully
– 90% of total users in period January 2016 logged into the application
Participant Sync Help bubble
Participant Sync will now be aided by help bubbles indicating what each set of buttons will do. The categories of buttons are Sync status, Action type & Application buttons.
Salesforce connectivity enhancements
PerformanceCentre has been enhanced to accept more opportunity data from Salesforce application. This would allow the customers to sync in their opportunity data effectively to PerformanceCentre for seamless calculations and applying other miscellaneous features.
Plan Template enhancements
This is an extension of Plan template audit log functionalities. The plan template component addition and loading of the pages have been optimized to support number components. We have also made sure that the components added will not default values after updating the components. Any actions done on the plan template will now be available in logs with the type of actions performed.
Live search capability in Participant list page
Participant page lives search functionality has been restored to ensure smooth operations of Administrators. Participant results will be available on typing the keywords in the search field or column heading specific search fields.
