What's New

Rollover Graphs

Performio has now introduced charts (year bar charts, Year Line Charts, and Dual Axis charts) that could be configured to show 12 months prior data from the current period. These graphs by default used to show the data from the current period to the beginning of the year as shown below.

rollover graphs

With the new feature, the graphs could be configured to show 12 months prior data from the current period, thereby showing the trend for the period of 12 months. Graphs can be configured to this settings by navigating to Participant Module -> Dashboard -> Graphs & Charts -> Set Type= ‘Rolling 12 Months’ as shown below.

Once this is done, the graphs will show data from the current period to prior 12 months as shown below. If the count of prior periods is lesser than 12 from the current period, available period data is displayed. The absence of data in a period would reflect in the graph as a blank thereby showing a clear indicator of whether the participant has performed as per expectations. Below is a screenshot of Year bar chart set to rolling 12 months. This graph displays data from Mar-16 to Mar-17.

Note: ‘Show Future Values’ is disabled when ‘Rollover 12 months’ is selected.

Payable Trend

Have you been worrying about where your budget is spent in terms of commission? Did you use to waste hours in excel trying to understand whether you have paid more than your budget in commissions? Here is a one-stop solution for that.

Performio has come up with the analytics that would help you do these tasks with a click of a button.

Payable Trend graph will show the trend of commissions paid against budget allocated. This graph will help the administrators to get a clear idea of the expenditure pattern on commissions. The graph could be filtered on fields like Team, Job Title, Plan, Status, Component and Period range thereby giving a distinct picture of where money has been spent.

The graph rendered below is an output derived from data in Analytics main table. Once the data is available, you could easily filter the data and the results are updated dynamically.

Our engineers at Performio has ensured that these graphs are rendered in the most efficient time frame supporting analysis of large data sets. These graphs can be easily downloaded in JPEG/PNG/PDF formats which can be used to communicate to your peers.

Below is a snapshot of the Payable Trend graph which shows 3 BigNumbers.

Total Payable – Total amount payable as commissions to the team during the filtered time frame and other entities.

Total OTC – Total budget allocated as commissions to the team during the filtered time frame and other entities.

Payable to OTC – Percentage of Total Payable to Total OTC

Below is a slice of how the graph would render when selecting filters and how the values change dynamically when filters change. In the below example, values in graph changes when period filter value is changed from May 2016 to January 2016.

OTC Distribution

OTC Distribution graph is the representation of payment distributions across a time period. This graph analyses the number of participants who are above OTC and below OTC along with the payable amounts during that period. Administrators will be able to analyze the percentage range in which the amount paid to participants falls in and get the count of participants from the range.

Here’s an example of a dashboard with 2 rows of BigNumbers.

OTC distribution dashboard

Number of Participants above/below OTC in the given period range

OTC distribution green

Percentage of participant above/below OTC.

OTC distribution blue

Total Payable amount of filtered period range above/below OTC.

OTC distribution yellow

Percentage of the Payable amount above OTC to the Total payable of filtered period range.

OTC distribution purple

The graph displays the percentage range of where Payable to OTC is. Hovering the mouse over the bar shows the number of participants who are in that range. Below example display a graph of during the period range January 2016 to May 2016 and tells that 7 participants had Payable to OTC percentage in the range of 80-100%, other participants were in the range of 100-120% and none of the participants had a Payable to OTC percentage in any other ranges in the graph.

Achievement Distribution

Achievement distribution graph displays the buckets of participants achievements in a time period. This graph analyses the number of participants who are above target and below target along with the payable amounts during that period. Administrators will be able to analyze the percentage range in which achievement falls in and count of participants in that range.

The number of participants above/below target.

achievement distribution green

Percentage of participants above target.

achievement distribution blue

The payable amount for the filtered participants above target.

achievement distribution yellow

Percentage of the Payable amount of filtered participant above the target to the total payable of all the participants in that period range.

achievement distribution purple

The graph displays the achievement buckets of participants from January 2016 to May 2016. during this time period, 5 participants were below target and their achievement is in the range of 80 to 100 %. Whereas the other 5 participants are above target and their achievement in the range of 100 to 120 %. There are no other participants in that time period with achievements in any other bucket and hence all other ranges don’t have bars. The X-axis represents the achievement Bucket ranges and Y-axis represents the number of participants in that time period.

Product Enhancements

Participant view load time enhancements

Participant view load time has been analyzed and improved to reduce the load time while loading the participant sites.

HTML Report module visibility based on period range

HTML report module has been enhanced to set visibility according to different period ranges. The participant module can be configured to be visible in the periods the administrator is set to.
