Have full access to the reporting capabilities to create reports and manage which ones are published to which end users.
Performio provides full transparency of data across your entire database.
Performio’s Calculation Library means that you can use the tables and calculation libraries to flexibly build out additional reports beyond the out of box reports applicable to the standard system tables and schema.
In the Schema, you can configure an unlimited number of reports that display any number of values, results, quotas, inputs, etc. Administrators can also add participant fields and custom fields to these reports. Typically you create reports for a ‘period’ (e.g., month/YTD) but you can also create “full year” ‘trend’ reports showing – for example – all commission paid per person for the calendar year, last 12 months, etc. There are advanced reporting and filter options to tailor reports for admin and participants.
Table-based and schema-based reports share many standard features. The main difference between them, however, is that the table-based ones are usually “transaction-based” (schema reports are always one record per person) whereas a table report (e.g. a commission sales report) might have hundreds/thousands of records per person. Copy report functionality is available for quick report creation of variations – e.g., set up 3 x different payroll reports for 13 x countries or regions.
You can be very tailored to how you set report visibility. Reports can be published per specific job roles, per particular periods and per period status. These three dimensions provide tremendous flexibility around who can see what and when.
