Easily set up and maintain importers for all your source data files, reference data files, and any other data.
In Performio it is super easy to set up and maintain importers for all your source data files, reference data files, and any other data you want to bring into the Performio database. There is no limit to the number of importers you can set up, thanks to our unique comp management software architecture. You can also set up multiple importers to import data to a single table. Of course, the automation scheduler is smart enough to schedule any new importers you add to your solution.
You will love Performio’s performance in handling data. You can expect to introduce a 1,000-row excel file in about 10 seconds, and CSV files of 1 million records will import in around a minute.
Performio will handle excel formats as well as CSV formatting. There is an array of system properties built to deal with the nuances of data – especially in regards to the date formatting, the handling of inverted commas within data fields for CSV files, and various other quirks. You can specify the date format that is to be used when importing data; eg. MM-DD-YYYY (US) or DD-MM-YYYY (AU).
As per the custom tables feature set, there is no limit to the number of areas you can add to system tables and custom tables. With custom importers, you can add as many fields as you like. You can also specify field headers that are different from the field names in the sales commission table.
For time-related information like sales data, our incentive compensation management platform sets a specific period to every record during its import (batch upload or scheduled import), with the added option of an administrator configuring an assignment post-import.
Using Unique Identifiers, ICM administrators can overwrite prior data and transactions; e.g., your daily sales transaction data file builds up each day, and previous records can change. Performio’s flexible architecture allows any field in a table to become a Unique Identifier.
